Premium Undercoating

Dupli-Color® Premium Undercoating is a flexible and paintable rubberized black undercoat. This sound dampening coating reduces road vibrations and road noise while also providing excellent corrosion resistance. The high-output trigger makes application fast and easy. Premium Undercoating is ideal for protecting wheel wells, gas tanks, frames and supports, weld joints, floor pans, doors and quarter panels.

How To Use

  • Usage
    Wheel wells, gas tanks,frames and supports, weld joints, floor pans, doors and quarter panels
  • Prep
    Clean surfaces by removing dirt, oil, grease, wax, rust and loose paint. Thoroughly clean with a mild detergent and dry with a clean cloth. Mask surrounding areas to protect from overspray.
  • Application
    Shake well before using (3 minutes) . Use at temperatures above 70F. Do not spray when humidity is high. Use in well – ventilated area. Hold can 12-16 inches from surface to be sprayed. Allow 10 minutes to dry. Accidental overspray should be wiped of immediately with a mild solvent.
  • Clean Up Disposal
    Use regionally compliant cleaner for cleaning purposes
